Protection
Insurance on your move
Your quote may include a protection line for the submitted scope. We confirm valuation options and any certificates at booking—we don’t invent policy details or coverage amounts on the website.
What the quote line means
Residential moves carry risk. We price a protection component into many estimates so the number isn't artificially low. That line is a budget placeholder for protection aligned with the scope you submitted—not a downloadable insurance certificate and not a guarantee of a specific valuation limit until we confirm booking terms in writing.
Valuation options (confirmed at booking)
Movers commonly discuss basic released-value coverage versus higher declared-value or third-party options. Which options we offer—and pricing—depend on the job, inventory, and current carrier arrangements. Ask us before move day. We will state what is included, what upgrades cost, and any paperwork your building needs (for example COI).
What you can do before the move
- Photograph high-value items clearly; good inventory helps pricing and claims clarity.
- Call out fragile or specialty pieces in the quote inventory before you book.
- Review Terms for items we may refuse (hazardous materials and similar).
